Description

Responsibilities

  • Sampling/trial of tooling and molds
  • Optimization of tools as well as production workflows and processes through to series readiness
  • Ensuring technology transfer from the sampling team to series production
  • Optimization of processes and tools in series production
  • Setting up and configuring injection molding machines

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a Plastics and Rubber Technologist (process mechanic) and/or further qualification as a master craftsman or technician
  • Several years of professional experience in plastics processing, ideally in the sampling of new tools
  • Experience in multi-component injection molding
  • Strong technical understanding and a self-reliant, structured way of working
