As a high-tech company in the plastics industry, AC — DITTER GmbH offers a qualified, practice-oriented apprenticeship in the versatile and interesting profession of plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d). The apprenticeship takes place at our Haslach site and combines practical experience in the company with theoretical classes at the vocational school in Emmendingen.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and operating state-of-the-art injection molds and auxiliary equipment such as robots and automated systems
  • Optimizing and monitoring production processes
  • Checking product quality
  • Practical application of in-depth knowledge of plastics processing
  • Getting to know special processes, for example multi-component technology
  • Working with state-of-the-art simulation software for the flow behavior of plastics using Moldflow analysis

Requirements

  • Lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss) or intermediate educational qualification
  • Manual skills
  • Interest in technical relationships
