As a highly technological company in the plastics industry, AC — DITTER GmbH offers a qualified and practical apprenticeship in the versatile and interesting profession of Plastics and Rubber Technologist (m/f/d). The apprenticeship takes place at the Haslach location and combines practical experience within the company with theoretical instruction at the Vocational School (Gewerbliche Schule) in Emmendingen.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Setting up and operating state-of-the-art injection molds and auxiliary equipment such as robots and automated machinery
Optimizing and monitoring production processes
Checking product quality
Practical application of in-depth knowledge in plastics processing
Learning special procedures, for example, multi-component technology
Working with state-of-the-art simulation software for the flow behavior of plastics using Moldflow analysis
REQUIREMENTS
Secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss) or intermediate educational path
Manual dexterity
Interest in technical relationships
PERSPECTIVES
